Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Plenty of parking spots.

The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, so friendly and helpful and it is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Stunning winter scenes from the breakfast room with its huge windows too.

Great place to stay in Kouvola - good location, really friendly and very helpful staff! Good size rooms with good facilities, excellent shower - and a fantastic breakfast! restaurant very good too. All tops for me!

The best hotel in Kouvola. Free bikes for city sightseeing.

Super friendly staff, nice facilities, good breakfast. We were travelling with a dog and everyone made us feel very welcome.
