The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, so friendly and helpful and it is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Stunning winter scenes from the breakfast room with its huge windows too.

Great place to stay in Kouvola - good location, really friendly and very helpful staff! Good size rooms with good facilities, excellent shower - and a fantastic breakfast! restaurant very good too. All tops for me!

Super friendly staff, nice facilities, good breakfast. We were travelling with a dog and everyone made us feel very welcome.
