The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, so friendly and helpful and it is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Stunning winter scenes from the breakfast room with its huge windows too.

Great place to stay in Kouvola - good location, really friendly and very helpful staff! Good size rooms with good facilities, excellent shower - and a fantastic breakfast! restaurant very good too. All tops for me!

Reception staff went out of their way to be helpful after I made a mistake with the booking. Room large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had lots of variety
